Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using TIP — Your Finn Mitra or any other product or service provided by Creafin Tech Private Limited ("Creafin Tech", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Creafin Tech and TIP

Creafin Tech Private Limited is a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, registered in Delhi, India. TIP — Your Finn Mitra is an information aggregation and financial intelligence application that helps users understand and optimise the benefits of their credit cards.

TIP is an information service, not a financial advisory service. Creafin Tech Private Limited is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, a registered financial planner, or a licensed financial intermediary. Nothing on TIP or this website constitutes financial advice.

2. Nature of Information Provided

All card benefit information displayed on TIP — including cashback rates, reward points values, annual fee details, offer details, milestone benefits, and lounge access — is sourced from publicly available information published by card issuers and third-party aggregators.

This information may not reflect the most current terms offered by card issuers.
Card benefits are subject to change by the issuing bank without notice.
Actual benefits earned may differ from estimates shown in TIP.
Offers shown are subject to change and may not be available at time of payment.
Points values shown are approximate and redemption rates vary by method.

You must verify all card benefits directly with your issuing bank before making any financial decision based on information shown in TIP.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creafin Tech Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Reliance on card benefit information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
Differences between benefits shown in TIP and benefits actually received from the issuing bank.
Any financial loss, missed rewards, or suboptimal card usage decisions made based on TIP's recommendations.
Technical errors, service interruptions, or data inaccuracies in the application.

Our liability to you, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding three months. For free-tier users, our liability is nil.

4. User Obligations

By using TIP, you agree to:

Provide accurate information including your mobile number and card details.
Use TIP only for lawful personal financial management purposes.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate TIP's scoring methodology or intellectual property.
Not use TIP in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
Verify all card benefits with your issuing bank before relying on TIP's recommendations for financial decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, scoring algorithms, Card Efficiency Score methodology, Annualised Benefit Calculator, software, and branding — including TIP, Your Finn Mitra, Creafin Tech, and "Spending se pehle TIP dekha kya?" — are the intellectual property of Creafin Tech Private Limited. All rights reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of TIP or this website without our prior written consent.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of TIP is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using TIP, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. SMS Data

TIP uses SMS transaction data on your device to provide card analysis and recommendations. This data is processed to identify transaction amounts, merchants, and cards used. We do not sell this data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how SMS data is handled.

8. Third-Party Services

TIP may integrate with third-party payment processors and data services including Razorpay for payment facilitation and Setu for account aggregation. These integrations are governed by the respective third parties' terms and conditions. Creafin Tech is not responsible for the services, availability, or actions of these third-party providers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the application or by email where provided. Continued use of TIP after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
